Es handelt sich um Moleskine Bücher, deren Buchdeckel sie angemalt hat:

The journal is made by Moleskine and measures 5 1/2 by 3 1/2 inches. The pages inside are lined and there is a little pocket in the back.
On the front I have drawn a picture in ink, and then painted it in acrylic paints. This is a one of a kind original piece of art, not a print! Carry a real painting around with you and jot down whatever ideas that come to mind :)
