Moleskine ist aktuell mal wieder in meiner Social Media Überwachung präsent. Am meisten liest man von der neuen limitierten Hobbit Ausgabe:

Zudem wirbt Moleskine für den demnächst stattfindende Diskussion im ANCB Berlin: Sketch, Script, Score, Figures of Architectural Thinking. Sie bewerben damit ihre Inspiration and Process in Architecture (Werbelink) Serie.
Und zum Abschluss fand ich einen verblüffenden Artikel von Nifty von notebookstories: Moleskine Monday: A Comparison and Complaint!. Er vergleicht ein Moleskine Buch von früher mit einem von heute und stellt eine für ihn gravierende Veränderung im Design der Bücher fest: es gibt neuerdings einen Einbandüberhang:
[…] The slightly smaller overall size is not in itself bothersome to me, but the page size difference of course leads to the dreaded cover overhang, most noticeably at the corners of the notebook. And this is something that drives me nuts. […] I know cover overhang doesn’t bother some people, but for me, it’s been the main reason I’ve always loved Moleskines, despite their annoying marketing. I have never found any other hardcover notebook without a cover overhang. […]
Also ich habe schon viel zum Thema Notizbücher gelesen, aber der Einbandüberhang war noch nie ein Thema! Faszinierend.
