I have great news to share today. As we announced during the first anniversary of the blog, we have been taking the steps to formalize Urban Sketchers as a nonprofit organization. We have formed a board of directors, drafted a mission statement and bylaws and filed government applications.
As of Dec. 6, we are officially recognized as a non profit organization by the State of Washington.
