Es ging schon ein paar Mal durch die Medien, aber Ende Dezember las ich in Apple patents a smart pen that could copy your handwriting onto an iPad noch mal von den Apple Patenten zum Thema Stift. Ob ein solcher Stift jemals Realtität wird, steht allerdings in den Sternen:

[…] The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office granted Apple a patent on Tuesday for a „communicating stylus“ that would capture digital copies of handwritten notes and drawings from a variety of surfaces, from paper to a whiteboard.
The pen would use accelerometer sensors, device storage and wireless transmission to send handwritten notes from the stylus to a digital display, according to the patent, first spotted by Apple Insider. […]

Hört sich zumindest spannend an.

  1. Find ich persönlich auch eher überflüssig… Entweder ich will auf meinem iPad eine Handschriftliche Notiz machen, die dann auch digital bleiben soll. Dafür gibts je nach Notiz einen Stylus (Bamboo, Jot Script oder Jot Pro V2). Oder ich will eine analoge Notiz mit Stift und Papier machen, die dann auch analog bleibt. Erstere Daten sind für mich zwar wichtig, können aber gern auch von Gott und der Welt gelesen werden. Letzteres ist nur für mich bestimmt. Deshalb erschließt sich mir nicht wozu man beides in einem Atemzug benötigt.
